This is web-based email marketing software. We will provide you a URL together with username and password to login so that you can start sending email.

2. Can I send in HTML format using this software?

Of course. You can insert pictures; design your newsletter in full color, etc...

3. How often can I use it?

No limitation on number of campaign. You can run your campaign anytime you want. However, if you sign up the package 100, 000 email credits package, you are only allowed to send out up to a maximum of 100, 000 emails, without expiry date.

4. How long it takes to send out all the emails?

It depends on the email size, etc... You can logout from the system while the software does the sending. Sending over 20, 000 emails each day is possible.

5. Can I purchase the software only?

Yes. If you have your own email marketing server, you can consider our On-Premise Email Marketing Solution. What we need from you is a server hardware and a data center to host your server, then we will run software installation and email delivery configuration on your server.

6. Do you provide software training?
